Garments will only be accepted if returned under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns that are worn, stained, damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted.
- Protective boxes/sleeves, plastic bags and protective stickers, warranties, and explanatory leaflets are considered part of the product.
