Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your order from angeeyzaguirre.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit (valid for 6 months).

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Protective boxes/sleeves, plastic bags and protective stickers, warranties, and explanatory leaflets are considered part of the product.
  • Archive or Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
  • We cannot accept returns for purchases made through other retailers or second-hand sites.
  • Returns that are worn, stained, damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Returns Process

  1. Request a return through our Contact Us portal with your order number, order email, and reason for return, within 10 days of delivery. (Please allow up to 72 hours for a response from our team.)
  2. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (excluding shipping and processing fees) within 15 business days of receiving your items at our warehouse. Please allow up to 20 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
  4. Store credit and exchanges are also processed within 15 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
  • If an item is defective, we will repair or replace it when possible. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you may receive a full refund within 3 months of purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the Ange Eyzaguirre Team within the first 48 hours of delivery and include supporting photos or videos of the defect.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of angeeyzaguirre.com. In certain cases, if items do not fully meet our conditions, we may: (a) return the product to you, or (b) deduct a fee to cover cleaning, repair, or repackaging.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping cost of the original item and delivery of the new item.
  • Exchanges for defective items are free of charge.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CLT).

Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

United States

For orders shipped within the United States, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund processing fee: 3.4% of the original order value

Rest of the World

For international orders (outside the United States and Chile), return shipping (+ duties/taxes) costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Estimated return shipping (including duties/taxes) cost: USD $50–$150, depending on your location
  • Refund processing fee: 3.4% of the original order value
  • Please include your original invoice inside the package.
  • If returning from outside Chile, attach 3 copies of the commercial invoice on the outside of the box to avoid customs delays.
