Returns & Cancellations

Returns Policy
We hope you're delighted with every order from angeeyzaguirre.com. However, if
you are not completely satisfied with your items, you have 10 days from the delivery date to return your order and receive a refund, exchange, or store credit. This credit is valid for 6 months.

Please note that items purchased from our Archive section or on sale are final and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We also cannot accept returns or claims for Ange Eyzaguirre pieces purchased from other retailers or second-hand sites. All products must be returned unused, with all tags attached and intact, using the return receipt provided through our returns portal.
Returns that are damaged, stained, or missing tags will be sent back to you. Items received outside the return period will also be returned to you.
Please note that free returns are only available for orders within Chile. International orders will have a different returns portal and may incur shipping costs. Additionally, international return duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of angeeyzaguirre.com.
Items that do not meet one or more of the eligibility criteria listed above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include:
1. rejecting the return and sending the item back to you, or
2. deducting a fee from the refund or store credit to cover cleaning, repair, and/or
packaging replacement costs.
To request a return, log in to our returns portal at angeeyzaguirre.com with your order number (including the #) and the email address used to place the order, no later than 10 days after receiving your order.
International Returns:
To initiate an international return, please visit our international returns portal. International orders are not eligible for free returns. Shipments must be arranged by the customer to the address provided in the return request.

Follow the instructions on the portal, select the reason for the return, and indicate whether you'd like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please securely pack your items in the original box and include the original invoice for your order inside the package.

If you are outside Chile, attach 3 copies of the commercial invoices to the front of the box. This will help avoid delays at customs and ensure your refund is processed promptly. Once the item(s) have been received, inspected, and approved, a store credit, exchange, orrefund to the original payment method will be issued within 15 days. You will be notified via email.

Products that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. The company will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the damage is due to normal wear and tear.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired when possible and subject to availability. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within three (3) months.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only applicable if the order has not been processed. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team.
Please note that our customer service team is available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM – Chilean time), and cancellation requests may not be reviewed immediately.
Once a cancellation has been confirmed, the company will issue a refund confirmation for the corresponding amount within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Returns:
The company will issue a refund confirmation for the corresponding amount (which may exclude taxes and shipping costs) within 15 days of the returned products being received at our warehouse. Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above will be sent back to you. The refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to
20 days to appear on bank statements.

Shipping Policy
At angeeyzaguirre.com, we offer international express shipping via DHL on all orders. International returns may incur shipping costs, and duties and taxes are non-refundable. These will be automatically calculated in our International Returns Portal.
